Our Story So Far…
We started our journey as Clean For Ease, with a simple but powerful drive: to offer an unrivalled cleaning service to landlords, letting agents, and homeowners across Essex.
However, as we built relationships with our clients, we noticed a recurring problem. Getting a property ready for the rental or sales market was incredibly stressful. Our clients were constantly chasing multiple tradespeople—trying to coordinate a waste removal van for Tuesday, a gardener for Wednesday, and a decorator for Thursday and a cleaner for Friday.
It was a logistical nightmare and we knew there had to be an easier way.
So, we evolved. We acquired our Full Waste Carriers Licence, brought expert decorators/handymen and gardeners in-house, branched our into window cleaning including guttering/soffits and became The For Ease Group (TFE Group).
Today, we are proud to be Essex’s premier all-in-one property service. We project manage the entire process from start to finish. One phone call, one point of contact, one set of keys and one invoice. We make life easier.
